The main portal of the HRConnect system allows groups the opportunity to manage all the mission-critical components of HR. COBRA, Benefits, HR information, FSA and even Payroll can be accessed quickly in an integrated manner.
 
By clicking the Payroll tab, HRConnect users are presented with information on the integrated payroll offering from HealthConnect SurePayroll. Clicking through to SurePayroll allows the client to learn more, sign up and utilize the full-service solution.
 
Once a client clicks through to Payroll, they are presented with the HealthConnect SurePayroll home page. This page provides navigation for potential and existing clients.
 
Potential clients (or brokers) can quickly obtain a price quote for the HealthConnect SurePayroll service, as well as link directly to a SurePayroll sales professional for additional information.
 
If a client elects to sign up with HealthConnect SurePayroll, an automated tool will take them through the set up process. All appropriate company and employee level data stored in HRConnect will automatically flow to HealthConnect SurePayroll. This will save the client significant time and reduce errors.
 
A simple log in screen allows HR and Payroll Administrators the ability to manage their payroll process and data in real time. Employees can also log in to view historical payroll information.
 
Payroll Administrators manage their payroll through a simple process starting with the Account Center. This screen helps the administrator manage the process quickly and easily.
 
Employee data can be managed in the HealthConnect SurePayroll system and it automatically synchronizes with HRConnect. This bi-directional interface reduces data entry time and eliminates many of the errors that customers encounter from maintaining multiple databases.
 
Hours and earnings are entered into a simple online interface and the administrator can navigate to employee records to manage employee deduction for medical, dental, retirement and other required deductions.
 
A significant advantage of the HealthConnect SurePayroll offering is the ability to preview payroll commitments prior to processing. The Payroll Preview feature allows customers to audit data, verify cash requirements and check totals before committing to the payroll. This virtually eliminates all errors in the payroll process and reduces rework dramatically.
 
Customers have instant online access to a series of useful reports within minutes of processing payroll. This data allows them to pay vendors for insurance, retirement, garnishments and others. It also affords them the opportunity to electronically communicate with their CPA and Broker for accounting and census data, respectively.
